Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay upfront. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, from which you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or coming soon but not yet in inventory. We may charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then process the full or remaining payment at a future date. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund. Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorise your payment method prior to order fulfilment. You will have a set period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. Once this period has elapsed, if the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
